Return Period
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Returned in the original shipping package or a suitable alternative
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return Shipping
We provide free returns for all eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@psdshopmall.com. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
