Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VisaMasterCard, and PayPal.

When will my payment be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. If an item is out of stock or your order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipment. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you no longer wish to keep an item, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states) and Canada.

How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the U.S. and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Shipping time:

United States: 3–5 business days after processing

Canada: 5–8 business days after processing

Which carriers do you use?
We work with a network of trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.). The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping efficiency.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

What about customs duties and taxes for Canada?
For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

Is return shipping free?
Yes, we offer free returns for all eligible items. Contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for domestic U.S. orders only. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and currently in stock. Contact us to start an exchange.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@psdshopmall.com. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save your shipping information for faster checkout.

How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account and navigate to the account settings section to update your personal information, shipping addresses, and email preferences.

How is my personal information protected?
