These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through psdshopmall.com (the “Site”). These Terms are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any product or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after a posted change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
These Terms are an integral part of the Website Terms of Use that apply generally to the use of our Site. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order for products or services through this Site.
1. Order Acceptance
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, the products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between PSD Shop Mall and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. To check your orders, log into your account and look for Order History. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our support team by emailing info@psdshopmall.com.
Your order may not be processed for several reasons including if an item is out of stock, we are unable to verify your billing information, or your billing address does not match the payment method on file for the order. If your order is not processed for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation or other status. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 1–2 business days to clear from our side and 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
2. Order Modifications and Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your gear out to you as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes (if applicable). Shipping and handling are free for all orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
(b) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
4. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
(a) We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
United States: 3–5 business days after processing
Canada: 5–8 business days after processing
We work with a variety of trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.) and select the carrier based on your location and shipping efficiency. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
(b) Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Non-returnable items (if any) will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@psdshopmall.com. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
Within 30 days of delivery, we offer exchanges for items that are:

7. Order Errors
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@psdshopmall.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will investigate within 2–3 business days and arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a refund.
8. Limited Warranty
Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as set forth in our Return & Refund Policy. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser from the Site and does not cover damages due to transportation (after delivery), improper use, normal wear and tear, or external causes beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
